One of the main targets of micronisation is to perform a safety process for either the personnel and the micronized products.
Micronization is a process that generates a lot of static electricity, so it is necessary to work with equipment and in ATEX environments to avoid any risk of explosion.
The products to be micronized can be sensitive to the air and the temperature giving rise to decomposition and as a consequence to products of degradation.
The micronization process is carried out in a nitrogen atmosphere, thus avoiding the risk of explosions and the oxidation of micronized materials. Likewise the process is at a temperature below 10 ° C so we avoid the degradation of thermosensitive substances.
To avoid cross-contamination, we perform cleaning procedures properly validated.
The air filter sleeves are dedicated for each product that is micronized.
